There may be a slight sound delay in this video (YouTube error), but unless you pay attention to Mega Man's landing sound, it'll be hard to notice.

This compilation was done to show how each level is done under the conditions of no (new) damage and minimum weapon energy usage. The latter means that you'll only see Concrete Shot and Laser Trident in the two laser fence levels; everything else is Mega Buster only.

Individual room notes

Gold/blue BG, Met up top: The jump backwards and then forwards again a little after the Uzi Joe was to scroll away a spine. Look carefully on the left side of the screen during that jump to see what I'm taking about.

Pink/blue BG - You can jump over each of the three plants in the second room, but it's unnecessarily difficult.

Pink/green BG (big stomper) - You can take the bottom path in the final room to farm for powerups instead; as long as you destroy the flower pots from a distance, there's no danger to speak of.
