Another flawed video that placed really high (3rd). Despite the amount of luck that has to go into a WC4 attack, there are some strategies here that are new (to me), such as attacking Hornet Man on his first attack's descent instead of waiting for him to land, and attacking Magma Man with Magma Bazooka before launching the final Tornado Blow. The latter is mostly for my sake since I find he's usually in a better position to be attacked head on when the final Tornado should be used.

And, again, I missed my free shot on the Wily Capsule. Feh. :( You may notice, however, that I finally no longer try to use Black Hole Bomb for evasion in the final battle, which is why I was able to speed up the Jewel Man battle (despite screwing that up too by needing an extra bomb). It can be improved, obviously, but when you factor in the amount of luck it takes to get a time this low combined with the necessary skill, it's still a really good finish. :)
