Time for the final bosses. After getting through the last dungeon, the lock was there but we couldn't reach it unfortunately, since we can't use our batteries to make a path. Luckily, Mayl and Roll came to the rescue, though Lan asks what is she doing here. Mayl says she saw Lan at the school entrance, and told everyone to come help out. Lan says he was doing just fine on his own, and she told him to show some gratitude while telling Roll to help out. Thanks to Roll, she made a platform with her Roll flash for us to walk on to destroy the Lock. Mega Man says thanks to Roll and tells Lan he should say thank you to Mayl. Lan swallows his pride and says thank you to Mayl for helping out. She says she was worried and starts to cry saying she meant to be cheering him on, not crying. Mayl wishes Lan good luck and as soon as Mega Man was about to jack out, one of the members of the WWW shows up. He goes by the name of Magic Man and for his next trick he's going to try to delete us. We engage in battle, and he was defeated. Shortly after Magic Man's defeat, Wily revives Magic Man from the energy of the Lifevirus, and he hits Mega Man with his Life Magic attack and leaves him in a critical state. Just then, as Magic Man was about to fire again, Proto Man comes and defeats him quickly. Sadly, he was too late to save Mega Man. Lan tries calling out to Mega Man, but he can't hear him. Chaud gives Lan a program called," HUB.BAT". Lan's dad calls and tells him that if he installs it into Mega Man, he can still save him and Lan is willing to do it. But before that an origin story, it turns out that Dad was working on a special kind of Navi, one that acts like a human and can befriend it's operator, around that time he had a son named Hub, who was Lan's twin brother. Sadly, he didn't live long due to him having a sickness which ended up taking his life away. But, what Dad did was, kept his memory alive by putting his conscience into the navi he was working on. He told hub ( who was reborn as Mega Man)
to keep it a secret from Lan. Lan uses the Hub.Bat to revive Mega Man and they go to Wily, who harbors a grudge on Lan's family for having his research ignored in favor of Lan's grandfather ( just like the main timeline). They jack into the Rocket, fights the lifevirus, defeated it, the place is about to blow, they escaped and that's the end of BN1. It's a good game, but man some of the dungeon design is frustrating like Ice Man's and Elec Man's.
