Things have settled after the last incident, though this time we get an e-mail inviting us to an Official Netbattler meeting being held in another country. First things first is that we'll need a passport which can be acquired from the Center, but we won't be getting on the plane just yet as there are a couple of sidequests we can do on the request board.

You'll notice that I skipped two particular jobs in this part, those two require having a specific battle chip to give to the requester and with my luck... Yeah... I'll be ignoring them and will do some grinding off screen during breathers in the story to hopefully get the correct chips.
