So the only original scenario I got on this version was Roll.Yep, for the first, and only time in the mainline series, we fight against Roll. Yet, there's not one time where we fight Glide. Anyway, Mayl is naturally worried about her chances of winning, fighting Lan and Mega Man and all, so she asks Yai to train with her. But during the training, Roll is kidnapped by a very affectionate stalker, who traps her in Park Area 3 (of course) surrounded by viruses to keep watch over her. We find him shopping in ACDC Area 2 and get the key to his door and find Roll. But apparently she's just fine as she seemed to have charmed the viruses earlier. But Mega Man, not quite knowing when to keep his mouth shut, makes Roll mad. So we leave, but when we reach the castle, Roll emails us challenges us. Basically, it's a game of tag, Roll warps around the area and we have to catch her 3 times. After that, it's time for the battle.

And since we saw the other scenarios earlier, we can just skip straight to becoming champion. After the award ceremony, the battle machine starts sparking. Nebula's back again, and they want to have a word with us. So we jack in to the machine, and inside awaits Laser Man, the leader of Nebula. He wants to make use of Mega Man's Dark Soul, which started forming because we used the Dark Chip on Shade Man. Depending on your version, Aqua Man or Guts Man will come to help, but it will all but be in vain as Laser Man makes Mega Man's Dark Soul take over them. This introduces us to the DS boss concept, where the bosses will use battle chips that you've used throughout the game against you. This includes Mega Chips, Giga Chips, and Program Advances. But once we beat them, the Dark Soul returns to Mega Man and Laser Man leaves. __
