So those guys who attacked Lan's mom have been punished by Shade Man for their incompetence. Now, he plans to deal with us personally. But first, Mayl invites Lan on a date to Castillo. Lan being the noble and embarrassed main character insists on staying to watch over his mom, but she being a mother insists he goes. We also get our Navi Customizer back, yay.

Anyway, the day comes for the date, and as soon as we get there, there's already an issue. Apparently the rides aren't working, and someone needs to go to Park Area 3 on the net to fix the issue. I wonder who has to do it... But once they are fixed, Lan and Mayl enjoy themselves in the park after some ice cream, ending on a trip through Vampire Manor, which is a huge homage to the Boktai series. But after we exist, the robot mascots go berserk. So we have to inside and fix them.

The ToyRobos, one of 3 dungeons in this game, have you find little segments in the area in order to complete the story based around the mascot in order to progress to the end. Now, this would make sense if you went out of the way to read the stories for said mascots, but ain't nobody got time for that. __
