Am I the only one who thinks this series has some of the only tolerable water levels in gaming? Anyway, typical underwater rules for Mega Man, you can jump much higher now. There's a lot of minibosses here though. One of which is optional, but you need to fight it to get the Heart Tank.

Launch Octopus is probably the hardest boss, mostly because of all his missiles. He tends to fire them all over the place. He also has a spinning move that tries to suck you in, and if he gets you, he will drain your life. But hey, you can chop his arms off with the Boomerang Cutter, and all he can do after that is just fire his missiles. __
