All this week, I am reuploading five songs I did between October and November 2022, when me and my family were displaced from Hurricane Ian, by making them into oscilloscope views. This song was originally uploaded here on November 22, 2022.

Original description:

Furnace allows you to use wavetables on SNES and Amiga. So, I decided to port this song from the 2001 GBA game Mega Man Battle Network to give myself the excuse to try it out on the former, though it's all 50% square waves of varying lengths (maximum length for wavetables on SNES and Amiga is 256) as I wanted it to be as faithful to the original as possible. The samples used here take up less than 10kb of space, allowing me to use a longer delay value for the echo (because the echo buffer must share the same RAM space as the samples, music driver, music data, and some other stuff). Also, I have vague memories of playing either this game or its sequel. I remember not being very good at it (as I'm not good at the role-playing genre), and there was a point where I got stuck at, by which I had no idea how to pass it (I presumably gave up on it). However, the game's soundtrack is awesome.
