Mega Man II- Odd Mega Man Out
We got five Mega Man games for the original Gameboy, but only one of them was made by a different company, Mega Man II. And you can certainly tell, since this title always feels a little strange, not quite how a Classic game should be the entire time through, even though it is pulling directly from two of the NES titles, 2 and 3. You'd think that directly translate into a similar, but smaller experience, and one of the best, too, given the popularity of those two titles, but I don't think I'm the only one who considers this a dud. Even Inafune-san seemed to think this one didn't meet expectations. I'll try to put my finger on exactly what feels so wrong about this one, while also giving you the basic run down.
