Elec Man sure does have a fancy way of talking... and also seems to like the sound of his own voice. But can he save the world? Is he the meta pick? Thunder Beam is pretty good, flying out in three directions and taking up a good bit of space but it no longer is super effective against Yellow Devil, plus he's also weak to Oil Man now, so this may not be smooth sailing.
