Go up a ladder and a crystal alien will shoot crystals. If the alien flashes, attacks will be repelled. After a shell tank, defeat a couple of cloud drones and you’ll see balls over torsos. Cross over the spikes and descend a few sections. Stay to the right after taking out a few crystal aliens to find the “W” letter. Descend a little more and a vacuum cleaner will release pellets from its head. Climb some ladders and cross some more spike pits. From the next point, you can take any path you want by going down the ladder or by using the Rush Coil to cross a tall wall. The lower path has a few items and various species with spike pits. The upper path has spike pits and flipping platforms. After taking either path, shoot to move a platform as it will slowly move back to its usual spot. The next section has walls rising and falling, so time your jumps to get across. After the floors fall, you’ll battle one last vacuum cleaner. Make your way through the cap doors and battle against Crystal Man. Crystal Man will jump around and release pellets that travel in 4 different directions, bouncing off the walls. Use the Charge Kick to inflict more damage. After defeating this boss, you’ll receive the Crystal Eye weapon.
