The original ending for this game was a lot more of a downer ending.

So thanks to us recovering the I.C. chips of the Robot Masters from the boss rush, Dr. Light will be able to rebuild them and give them the jobs they want. However, Justice Man's chip is beyond repair. But this whole mess has given Dr. Light motivation to try and get that expiration date law abolished. He still hopes that one day, robots will be free to act for themselves and that humanity will not be threatened by this. Only time will tell when this will happen. (Give it about 100 years)

But this concludes Mega Man Rock Force. The next fangame I'll be taking a look at will be Rockman 7 FC. __
