This is a fan made Mega Man game. Its big hook is you can play as either Mega Man or Roll, and they have different abilities. I saw a speedrun of it at AGDQ 2023 and just had to give it a shot myself. I'll admit, parts got really frustrating. But overall I had a really fun time with it!
