Mega Man V takes pity on you for dying - Retrogaming Easter Eggs #shorts
In Mega Man V for the Nintendo Game Boy, if you get four consecutive Game Over screens in the same level, the game will take pity on you, and Dr. Light will give you a free Mega Arm upgrade that allows Mega Man to shoot his punch thing much faster. It's called the Turbo Accelerator and it's great.
In fact you can abuse this trick multiple times to get an additional Arm Upgrade that allows Mega Man to shoot his punch thing even faster yet.
This upgrade cannot be saved through the password system, so if you shut off your game at all, you will lose the upgrade. But you can just do it all over again.

What are some other weird tricks in old games you know about? I want to make more of these quick shorts, so leave a comment to suggest more glitches, Easter Eggs, and weird things!
