Our next crossover takes us to the days of the Wii, with not Marvel, but Tatsunoko vs Capcom, Tatsunoko being one of the oldest anime production studios out there. While not sporting the 4 Mega Man characters that Marvel vs Capcom 2 had, this game has the most diversity in terms of series representation, and all of the characters are actually viable this time around. This game's initial release: Cross Generation of Heroes, included Mega Man Volnutt from Mega Man Legends, making his fighting game debut, and Roll from Classic Mega Man, with a complete overhaul to her moveset. This release was unfortunately locked to Japan, but we did eventually get an English release with an updated version of the game: Ultimate All-Stars, which also added extra characters to the roster. One of which being Zero from Mega Man X, making his big fighting game debut in a long ongoing career now.
