You can use this code on any password that has the Hadouken unlocked.
To perform this move, press Down roll Forward X (Down Forward Shoot)
In Sigma's Level you'll also see using the Hadouken on creatures from a screen over and a wall climb shortcut.
On any password that has the Hadouken Capsule unlocked, use this code on the password screen.
Hold L, R, Y, and Down buttons, then press start.
You will have the Hadouken ability, but you must have full life to use it.

HELPFUL TIPS:
After Zero rips off Bosses Armor, Boss is Weak against Cutters and Ice.
2nd Boss weakness, stay high on wall using Homing Missiles.
Spider, not sure.
Penguin is Fire.
Eagle is Sting.
