A 100% walkthrough of Mega Man X3, released to SNES by Capcom on 1995. Played through "snes9x" emulator for the PC.

After defeating Blizzard Buffalo, X heads to a quarry to confront the 2nd Robot Master, called Tunnel Rhino.

Tunnel Rhino is a Rhinoceros-based Maverick. Formerly he worked as a miner in an energen crystal mine, but upon going to Doppler Town by invitation he became a Maverick. Now under Doppler's orders, he occupies a rock quarry and uses his Tornado Fang (his drilling weapon) for destructive purposes.

Also, after Dr. Doppler loses two of this minions, he start the next step of his plan, and send Bit and Byte to capture X. Also a Mysterious Maverick goes to hunt X as well, but for a personal vendetta.
