A 100% walkthrough of Mega Man X3, released to SNES by Capcom on 1995. Played through "snes9x" emulator for the PC.

After defeating the Toxic Seahorse, X heads to the Power Control Center to confront the 4th Robot Master and Maverick, called Volt Catfish.

Volt Catfish is a Catfish-based Maverick. He has an incredible power generator built into his body, which he used to provide power to cities during times of crisis. Once a playful soul before the virus took him over, he now wreaks havoc at the Power Control Center, siphoning the power off to Doppler's research facility.
