Cross some spike pits and seahorses will appear from some spots. The path below has a submarine that will try to pull you in. Defeat it and use the ladder to return to the ground floor. Big coral fish will try to pull you closer and trap you, so if you get trapped, tap the button to escape. After a spot creates a towering geyser, do an air dash to reach a platform with a heart that increases your health gauge. Stand on another geyser and strike the core of a green boat. When the boat is down, the path below will open. Pass the next checkpoint and you’ll battle against a big worm seahorse. This giant seahorse will move around and just follow you. Be sure to watch for spike pits during the battle. Defeat this big seahorse and you’ll find a capsule that will give X a defensive upgrade, reducing damage from every hazard. Climb the ladder and you’ll reach the next checkpoint. Defeat some big coral fish over spike pits and climb another ladder. Reach the next checkpoint and you’ll battle against another big worm seahorse. Defeat it and enter the doors to take on Launch Octopus. Launch Octopus will attack by spinning with a towering geyser and releasing missiles. Using the Tri-Thunder will take advantage. After defeating this boss, you’ll receive the Marine Tornado for X or Fish Fang for Zero.
