Came across an old link cable and got Z2's multiplayer to work. lol

Went into it expecting nothing special and I wasn't disappointed. It's just 3 basic minigames that you can play with a friend to kill time. Probably should have played this on english because menus, but doesn't matter that much. Should probably mention that multiplayer was removed from the Zero Collection version of the game.

One thing I wasn't expecting is it lets you load a save file and it transfers whatever EX skills, Forms, Elements and EXP you got on that file.

First mode is Time Attack. In this mode, you race to the finish across 3 courses. The courses are pretty basic in design. Out of the 3 modes, this is the best one.

Second mode is Enemy Battle. All you do is kill enemies in a large room until time runs out. Nothing special.

Third mode is Get Item. 1-ups rain from the sky and you try to collect as many as you can while enemies attack you. Again, nothing special.

At the end, it shows you your score and gives the winner e-crystals. Given that there are places in the game where you can grind alot of e-crystals, multiplayer isn't a good way to get a ton of e-crystals.
