As I said before, Aztec Falcon needs to be dealt with patiently. Because if you try to attack constantly, he will kick the crap out of you. He's quite erratic, and that A/S attack of his just makes him more unpredictable, (though after some time, you may realize when he's doing it. He does take a second or two to do nothing before plunging into the ground.) Be wary of the time limit, and hope he doesn't use his more time consuming attacks. And make sure to only attack him when he jumps up the wall. Any other time will probably result in you getting hit.
