Guard Orotic, like Ganeshariff, is pretty easy without his EX attack. He can lunge at Zero, fire... fire at him, freeze him, and fire off balls of lightning. None of these are hard to dodge. With his EX attack, he just fires bullets which target Zero and the area around him. This may sound easy to dodge, but it really isn't. His bullet sweep can land a hit on you fairly easy if you don't move correctly. Don't even think of using the wall to dodge, as there's little chance of avoiding them if you try to do that. He also uses it between every normal attack, so this fight can take forever, even if you get into a good pattern.
