Blizzack is one of the easiest bosses with the game... when attacked with his weakness. Without it, he can get surprisingly difficult. He likes to push Zero away, then close the gap in a moment's notice. Now this wouldn't be too bad, but he's also able to fire a snowball mid jump. And like with Ganeshariff, it's a little difficult to predict whether or not he's going to use it.
Despite the increase in difficulty, Blizzack still isn't the most difficult to beat. He may attack a bit erratically, but he should only get a few hits off on you before you get in a good rhythm of attack and avoid what he dishes out anyway. His EX attack is only used when he's low on health, and it's only an add-on to his ice beam attack, (which you should be staying out of for as long as possible anyway.)
