You can manually steer this powerful rocket at a target, using your W,A,S,D, keys on keyboard, or thumbstick on controller. On kb, I find it a bit imprecise and tend to steer the rocket in circles - as seen in the video - though at a long distance to target, you can steer more precisely. You can also hit a target at close range, and tapping the deployment key a 2nd time will detonate it immediately.
