BounceMan is adorable and I love him. This fight isn't really that hard either. You need to be able to undestande the trajectory of his movement to avoid getting hit. After bouncing off walls several times, he will try to punch you from across the arena, dodge simply by jumping away. He will also activate Speed Gear from time to time, which makes him bounce like crazy for a few seconds.
Once he's down to 1/2 HP, he will start using a new attack: he will stretch his hand as if punching, but will grab the floor instead and then pull himself forward. This changes his movement trajectory and can be dangerous if you can't adjust accordingly.
