For Dingo's final test, it's a NetBattle against TomahawkMan. That shouldn't be much of a problem, right? Well, TomahawkMan has something called Super Armor, where the opponent does not flinch, so you should be careful with your attacks. There's also a bird in the middle that will dash at you, obviously damaging you. Other than that, TomahawkMan should be no problem. One more thing, he's weak to fire.
Lan finds out that the elevator isn't working, so he jacks into the control panel and jacks in. MegaMan finds various viruses there, and he has to get rid of them in order to have the elevator work. After Lan gets inside, he doesn't see Iris where she was standing on TV. Just then... a person from the Admin Building stops Lan. Could he be the one responsible for all this? No.. it couldn't be. He has put up many things to block your way inside, so you'll have to jack in into each machine in order to get rid of the blockage.
