I only intend to show the Armor Part locations. No showoffs.

There are 8 Armor Capsules in Megaman X5, and each stage has 1
That makes 2 sets of Armors, those are the Falcon Armor and Gaea Armor

So here are some details on where to get them (In boss weakness Order, starting with Grizzly Slash)

Falcon Armor
Bosses - All bosses on the LEFT side

Boss - Grizzly Slash
Part - Leg
Location - After the Train Crash, there's a space on the ceiling which is pretty near to you
How to get it - You can get there by using an Arcing Dash Jump, or beat Grizzly Slash and do a Double Jump using Zero

Boss - Duff McWhalen
Part - Body
Location - After you pass the Spiky Room or before you the 3rd fight with the Mini Boss
How to get it - You need Duff McWhalen's Weapon and let X use it
NOTE - Do not equip ULTIMATE BUSTER when you're going to get this one

Boss - Squid Adler
Part - Head
Location - After the Jet Bike ride, behind the weird wall
How to get it - Collect all the floating Electric Ball
NOTE - There are 8 Electric Balls along the ride

Boss - Izzy Glow
Part - Buster
Location - In the area after defeating the Mini Boss, go look for the opening in the ceiling. It is behind the Defense System
How to get it - Use Grizzly Slash's weapon to destroy the Defense System

Gaea Armor
Bosses - All bosses on the RIGHT side

Boss - The Skiver
Part - Body
Location - In the upper area after the downward Elevator Ride
How to get it - You need to use Falcon Armor's flight to get this.

Boss - Axle Rose
Part - Leg
Location - On the upper space in the area where you have to grab on the suspended threads.
How to get it - Use Falcon Armor's flight

Boss - Dark Dizzy
Part - Head
Location - Down in the gap on the floor before the Boss gate.
How to get it - Use Izzy Glow's weapon and navigate it in the narrow path to hit the back of the wall/divider and destroy it.

Boss - Mattrex
Part - Buster
Location - On the farthest part (right side) of the area before the Boss gate
How to get THERE - There are several options
1 - Beat the Mini Boss with either a.Zero or with b.Falcon Armor
1.a - Grab on one thread and move to the farthest right end of it then do a Double Jump moving towards RIGHT
1.b - Simply hover all the way there

2 - Ride the Raiden Armor and take the lower path, then SKILLFULLY jump to the surface (still on the RIGHT side) when you reach the end of the path.
