Meghan Markle labelled 'selfish' for showing no interest in Prince Harry's family
Despite Prince Harry's appeals, Meghan Markle has yet to confirm her attendance for the Invictus Games' tenth anniversary in the United Kingdom, according to an insider.
Lee Cohen told Nana Akua on GB News that "selfish" Meghan would not do anything that would not "benefit her brand or ambitions."
He was questioned why Meghan "won't step up and be there for her husband when he's done literally everything to make her happy," and he called the Duchess "selfish."
"Harry should take the trip without Meghan. Meghan has only gone to the UK on a few times since stepping down from royal responsibilities in 2020, including the burial of Queen Elizabeth II on September 22nd," he stated.
"Many Britons agree with me that they would have been overjoyed to see her go after the insults to their nation and valued institutions. The Sussexes use security as a handy excuse, but I suspect what they actually dread is an unwelcome public reaction," he said.
He went on to say: "Were Miss Markle to return, who could dispute that an ugly public reception of Miss Markle in Britain would be well deserved?"
He went on to say that Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, has "no interest" in the Royal familial and is "not moved at all by family ties - either to her husband's or her own."
"If it doesn't suit her brand or goals, she doesn't have time for it. This woman is a narcissist who only follows her own rules. She is not driven by the lofty codes of monarchy," he explained.
