Mehrkernoptimierung in Wolfenstein 2 mit Hunderten von Fps| PCGH Raw & Uncut
Carsten zeigt in Wolfenstein 2 - The New Colossus, wie gut Bethesda die Verwendung mehrerer Kerne optimiert hat, sodass trotz CPU-lastiger Situationen viele hundert Frames pro Sekunde möglich sind. Grund dafür dürfte die Verwendung der Low-Level-API Vulkan sein, die durch eine hardwarenahe Programmierung mehr Rechenleistung (also Frames) bereitstellen kann. Übrigens: Vulkan ist quelloffen und basiert auf den Konzepten von Mantle.
