Melee got some pretty hard hitting global nerfs in the recent Deadlock update, and yet melee Viscous is feeling BETTER this patch! Valve took 6.5s off the cooldown of the puddle punch and puddle punch isn't affected by the majority of the melee nerfs that happened, so he's feeling MUCH better this patch!
