This two-part build series tackles Meng's magnificently challenging F-17.

Our unboxing revealed a beautifully detailed and exquisitely molded kit, depicting an early tank design that's a definite change from the modern tank forms and structures we're use to.

In Part 1 we complete the clean up, pre-painting and construction, and we examine some of challenges the kit throws at the builder. In Part 2 we'll take our project to an amazing conclusion by applying bold camouflage patterns and weathering worthy of any trench veteran.
