Aside from base layout changes (such as the Nuclear Reactors on the north side are replaced by Airbases), the Apocalypse Tanks are replaced by Mammoth Tanks, which makes it easier to punch through the base entrances. In addition, there appears to be a larger gap between each parade, so it is wise to wait for the parade to pass first before attacking.
For the defense, a mobile anti-air force is a must in taking down not only regular Kirovs, but the special Kirov Flagships that drop down nukes. As seen in the video, Raccoons/Hovracoons cannot disable their weapons unlike normal Kirovs. In addition, the commando paradrops can be annoying to deal with, as their long range makes it difficult to kill them with most ground units, and air units will just be destroyed by Grumbles.
For the offense, the deployed Grumbles on the field make it difficult to attack with air units, so it may be a better option to brute force your way into the enemy bases with ground units. In addition, the front extra Barracks and War Factories are worth infiltrating to gain a permanent advantage, though they must be destroyed to slow down their production.
