No commentary playthrough of Merger 3D.

Merger 3D (aka "Synthes 3D") is Wolf3D-like game made on some shitty 3D game engine. While the game might give a correct first impression with nice pixel art and really awesome midi music from James "Jimmy" Paddock... It quickly crumbles once you start playing: The game has absolutely no options at all, monsters are all the same hitscan except for the melee ones, 4 of the levels are a smallish hub level with nothing to do in it, and above all... Playing it is a pain in the butt, mouse input is beyond borked, no matter the dpi or polling rate, the character turns at a fixed speed and if you move the mouse too fast it will stop turning. The character will also stop turning if you receive damage so you might die without a chance of even turning around. On top of that, according to Jimmy, no one asked for permission to use the music in this. Thankfully it is short.

Merger 3D (tambien "Synthes 3D") es un tipo Wolf3D hecho un motor de juegos 3D patatero. Aunque el juego puede dar una buena primera impresión con un píxel art majo y música genial de James "Jimmy" Paddock... Rápidamente se desmorona cuando empiezas a jugar: El juego no tiene opciones en absoluto, los monstruos son todos hitscan iguales a excepción de los perros, y sobre todo... Jugarlo es un dolor, el ratón está rotísimo, no importan los dpis o el polling rate, el personaje siempre gira a la misma velocidad y si mueves el ratón muy rápido para de girar. El personaje también para de girar si recibe daño, por lo que puedes morir sin ni siquiera la oportunidad de darte la vuelta. Además, según Jimmy, nadie ha pedido permiso para usar la música. Afortunadamente es corto.
