The acquisition of Capita Secure Solutions and Services by NEC Software Solutions is under investigation. Under the Enterprise Act of 2002, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) filed an initial enforcement order. NEC and Capita did not immediately respond to requests for comment about the length of the investigation.
