The first felony charge filed in the US against someone using a partially automated driving system has been filed against a Tesla owner. During the crash, Tesla’s Autopilot system was enabled, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). NHTSA is investigating other accidents involving Tesla vehicles.
