MESSING WITH MINERVA | Let's Plat Crisis Core - Final Fantasy VII - Reunion (Extra) - Finale (100%)
0Although things didn't go as planned we still had some grinding left to do for the final boss as I thought that I had it sorted out but we were only a few points off of actually being safe in terms of damage. Had to have been at least 7 times before we finally got the final Genesis DMW Image and close to 2 hours of just waiting because it is all luck based.
Trophy/Achievement Timestamps
1:37:54 - Divine Rule Broken Trophy/Achievement - In order to defeat Minerva you will require a lot of setup however most of it you will get through mission progress. Combine your HP Ups in materia fusion using Mythril to increase your HP along with the mastered Drainga materia from completing the missions. You want to combine the Moggle Power you got from a mission reward with a VIT Up then put as much Adamantine you can to max this out. You will only need over 75000 HP as this is the maximum damage you need to worry about. SPR Up can be done from combining those together as well. In terms of equipment you want the Protect Ring for Barrier and MBarrier, the Adaman Bangle for breaking the HP limit, the Genji Glove for breaking the damage limit and the Ziedrich for increasing all of your stats by 100. When it comes to the fight start off with a Phoenix Down to ensure you recover if you die. Then use Mug until you obtain 99 Phoenix Downs. Now focus on using Costly Punch in combination with some dodging and using items when necessary. When Judgment Arrow is used you will need to use an Elixir and wait before using another Phoenix Down and keep repeating Costly Punch and DMWs until you are done. Once you have defeated Minerva you will unlock this trophy/achievement.
1:41:23 - Mission Completionist Trophy/Achievement - Throughout the game you have additional missions which require you to make your way to a goal and defeat the enemy. Missions unlock at the beginning of each Chapter or talking to NPCs. Completing them will unlock the next one. Once you have completed all of the missions you will unlock this trophy/achievement.
4:17:28 - DMW Master Trophy/Achievement - For the most part you will naturally progress through the DMW Images as you are playing but if you are still missing some of these by the end then you will need to buy the relevant materia from the shops that you have unlocked along the way through the missions. Combine this with 2 Lucky Stars materia and then find an easy mission and just stand there until you get the DMW Images that you are missing. Once you have your DMW to 100% you will need to check this in the menu to get this trophy/achievement.
4:20:53 - Genji Equipment Trophy/Achievement - The Genji equipment are some of the more powerful accessories you can obtain in the game. The following is a list of them along with how to get them:
Genji Armor - You need to get 100% in all DMW Images. If you are missing some then the best thing to do is to buy the materia you are missing along with 2 Lucky Stars to trigger the Heavenly state. Then enter any easy mission and just stand there until you get what you need. You may have to wait several hours as it is all down to luck even with fully levelled materia.
Genji Helm - You can buy this at "Online Shop Shade" which is available from Chapter 10 after completing Mission 9-5-4. By this point in the game you will have accrued a lot of gil from treasure chests as well plus several Gold Rolling Pins that you can sell for 50,000 gil each.
Genji Shield - You need to find a Magic Pot spawn in Mission 7-6-6 which is available from Chapter 4 after completing missions to unlock it and use the following moves: Gil Toss, Costly Punch, 99,999 Damage, Octoslash. You should be able to do these right away. When it comes to Octoslash buy the materia as you will be timed out for waiting too long otherwise.
Genji Glove - This can be found in Mission 9-6-4 that is available from Chapter 10 on the west of the area from where you start.
Once you have all of the Genji equipment you will get this trophy/achievement.
4:30:33 - SOLDIER Of Legend Trophy/Achievement - While you are able to attempt this at the point of the end of the game depending on how much grinding you have done the chances of you actually doing it at that point are probably slim. You can pretty much use the build from the later missions as the amount of damage you deal along with all of the accessories that you have access to from this point to get through this easily. Once you have defeated the final boss on Hard difficulty and skipped the cutscenes you will get this trophy/achievement.
4:30:37 - My Living Legacy Trophy/Achievement - You will unlock this after you have collected all other trophies/achievements.
