Meta Quest 2 stuck on Queued or stuck on Installing. This works every time!

Load up sidequest from https://sidequestvr.com/ and plug in your headset
Click on "installed apps" in the upper right corner
Type in OCMS in the search box!
Click on the Gear icon on the Right
Select Clear App Data from the choices and you're done!

if you have an Oculus Quest 2 and now you can't update your apps due to Queuing or you also have a game stuck on INSTALLING this is the FIX.
