As we work up to the launch of the Latest Metal Gear Solid game The Phantom Pain, this is a look back over the entire franchise from modern gaming.

In this forth chapter we are looking at the gripping finale for Solid Snake as he seeks to bring down his resurrected brother Liquid. Who is trying to over throw the Guns of the Patriots and bring about his own Sons. It also looked to close the entire saga off with all loose ends and plat paths answered..in only a way Hideo can. Hideo Kojima created an Anti-hero in Snake that with David Hayter's voice became an icon for many a gamer.

Here we look at the game, story and Tech that it brought to the Playstation 2 along with its influence across gaming at large and how big a Technical leap and impact it made.
