Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes Part 5 - Ocelot
This is part five of my thirty nine part run of the Gamecube game: Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes. This is the cut scenes before and after the Ocelot boss battle, as well as the boss battle itself.
0:10 - So Liquid KNOWS that he's here?
0:20 - They increased the Bad-Assery Level of Ocelot's gun spinning by 1000%.
0:41 - I thought Zimmerman did a better job than Patric Laine did, though in MGS4 he changes his tone completely.
0:58 - Drawing and pointing the gun before going on in a rant fits the character that is later established in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
1:42 - Again, profound Cojones or Profound mental illness, but I like this scene better than how it was in the original, where Snake never even TRIED to take out his gun, despite being fired upon.
2:00 - The posing was a bit much
2:04 - This is the only boss battle where I do not narrate, I narrate every other boss Battle excluding the one after this one.
2:11 - THIS IS JUST PATHETIC! MY FAVORITE METAL GEAR CHARACTER IS A PUSH OVER! Luckily he's much harder in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, and is one of the most annoying bosses EVER in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. (In Hard and Extreme)
2:28 - THAT'S ALL YOU SAY TO A GUY WHO COMPLETELY WIPED YOUR ASS!?
2:43 - AWESOME!
2:53 - That delay was just stupid and unnecessary, while Zimmerman's acting is excellent, the timing is just stupid and should have been left alone, the got it just about right the first time.
3:03 - If he cut those Wires fast enough, then there would not have been enough force to pull the strings and set off the C4.
3:49 - Ocelot didn't originally need to run to get his hand, he just, already had it, and how the hell does he recognize the Ninja?
4:13 - Excessively large pause
4:18 - I like this voice actor better, you can just FEEL him, you'll know what I mean later on.
4:46 - This fight scene didn't originally start, he just skipped and hopped away, but this fight scene kicks ass and uses up the leftover C4 very well.
5:54 - The way he said it here fits better considering he was just fighting with the guy, but the original version of this line is still very good too.
7:45 - It looks like he ripped it off!
8:14 - Where did that cane come from? Originally he wasn't hitting Snake that strong, but he sounded more feeble, so it made sense, and Snake sounded more pissed than here, would worked better.
10:51 - They went WAY OVER THE TOP with Snake going Apeshit in this scene.
10:59 - He originally Said CD case, which made it really obvious what you should do, here, he could be referring to anything.
