The prisoner is heavily guarded with TEN soldiers watching him: two Snipers, and eight guards.Deploy to the northwest of guard post #8 and infiltrate the forest area from the northeast. By entering from the northeast, you can avoid the two Snipers on the other side and only deal with one guard. Crawl up to the shed where the prisoner is being held and get in close to the window to see him.If you have the Tactical Fulton option for DD, then give the order to DD to extract the prisoner for you.
