Metal Slug 5 1CC No Death Playthrough on Default Difficulty. This is a mod version of the game that restores some unused content from the final mission of the original game (developed by Xiao Zhang Bing) :
- Stone Turtle Boss Fight
- Black Hound Boss Fight in the Spinning Cogs Area
- Ptolemaios Boss Fight (Final boss phase one)
The mod also adds the capacity to store and switch weapons (like Metal Slug 6 and Metal Slug 7/XX)

Played on HBMame 0.231.
No Savestates, no Cheats, Blood turned on, Autofire is the only option in this mod.
