Though a rare sight now, these wondrous machines would eat away time and your precious quarters in exchange for good ol’ retro fun. Among these machines, none quite hold a special place in my heart like the Metal Slug games.
Metal Slug Awakening is the franchise’s big return to mobile devices everywhere ever since the games practically went dormant after Metal Slug XX. And unlike the now defunct mobile Attack and Defend games, Metal Slug Awakening plays similarly to old school arcade run’n’guns and will feel right at home in the hands of series’ veterans.
Classic yet Modern.
