Completed the second region in this session. I believe the game requires completing the final region only, to beat the game, but first it has to be unlocked. It may also be easier to beat other regions first in a run to level up more, but I think the game also scales up the difficulty depending how many regions you complete in a run, so not sure yet the best way to beat it.
