While playing through Sam's Story I encountered a weird glitch shortly after the final Batwing Battle. After entering the little shack I interacted with the ammo crate in the corner it started to play the animation where Sam picks up a Cassette and then teleported me back to an earlier section of the map, specifically to a section where you do interact with a Cassette.

You're not supposed to be able to access this area after you have progressed a certain point in the game so coming back here a lot of assets, enemies etc. are not loaded which was quite eerie to explore. There was no way for me to travel back to where I was other than loading my Manual Save.
