Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two (PS Vita) co-op trophies (Ad-Hoc)
Trophy: Clear!
Description: Mickey revived Oswald while playing co-op
Trophy: Oswald's New Groove
Description: Finished Dark Beauty Castle with two players
Epic Mickey 2 on the PS Vita does not support split-screen co-op like the PS3, instead you do co-op via Ad-Hoc which uses the PS Vita's own wireless connection to connect with another PS Vita device. This means you can only obtain the above two trophies by connecting 2x PS Vita's with 2x copies of the game basically side-by-side. Also this can now only be done with physical copies of the game since Sony has removed Epic Mickey 2 from the Playstation Store.
This Ad-Hoc mode is supported by the Playstation TV which is what I am using here. I am playing as Mickey on my PS TV and recording the footage and then I am connecting as Oswald using my PS Vita via Ad-Hoc. Also on both devices I am using the same PSN Account and it all worked fine.
Note: Epic Mickey 2 will not play on the Playstation TV unless you have removed the whitelist. The whitelist is basically a list of games on the Playstation TV which can not be played - typically games which require the use of the camera, rear touch pad, microphone etc. which can not be replicated with a PS3/PS4 controller. Removing this list allows you to play all of those games, however you may run into problems when you get to a section of that game which requires one of those unique PS Vita features.
Fun Fact: The voice of Gus is "Cary Elwes" :)
