Metro Gravity does it all. Dungeon crawling with Zelda like puzzles and Metroid - like item progression (which also counts as Zelda like puzzles) in a labyrinthian megastructure, rhythm based combat and gravity shifting platforming.
I gave it a try and I'm having a blast so far.
