Phase 1:

* Windup pose - triple claw strike, jump and Shift
* Upward sword - beam encompasses whole room, get close then prepare to jump triple claw strike
* Long, tight charge up - launches a purple orb, use 4 Storm Missiles to destroy it. Often does upward sword immediately after.
* Red hand charging behind his body - full-screen dash melee, parry it and get a counter sequence.
* Glows purple - prepares a horizontal beam across the whole screen, duck it and initiate a parry.
* Hitting his armor does damage to him in some way, as evidenced by it changing colors. When it turns gold the sound effect changes as if to indicate invulnerability. In this state he has a taunt. If you dash melee him, it triggers another parry attack, exactly like the one from ducking the wide beam, and it results in a 3rd phase counter attack sequence.

Phase 2:

* Targeting laser - chain gun that tracks you, jump in circles around him to lead it.
* Orange glow - horizontal diving attack, if he's near the bottom, slide under it.
* Flies directly above - crashes down on you, Shift to the side
* Hovers close above you - fires unibeam downward, shift under him.

Phase 3

* Same as Phase 1 without glowing armor.
* Attacks now include a giant sun that radiates in segments, Space Jump between them.
* Can fire unibeam, up to three times with a very long charge up, lead his target upward.
* Glows blue - shinespark coming at you, jump and Shift over it
* Successful parry of dash melee is now a longer sequence.
* While hanging from the left, just shoot missiles straight outward; no need to aim. If he fires claws, jump back down. If he swipes at you, it can be parried.

X form:

Just hold down Y button until beam fires and keep it going

Escape:

shoot anything in front of you, floors under you and the last door in Hanubia you can charge up to destroy. There are a few spots to Shinespark, also.
