Enjoy! It took a long time for this game to become a reality after being in developer limbo since the mid-2000's, but it finally came out, and many people loved it. The time I spent playing the other 2D Metroid games has led up this moment for myself. All in all, I'd say it was worth the wait on this game, but let's just get into it. Hope you enjoy this playthrough!
For this playthrough, I collect 100% of the items in the game while also following a sequence breaking route taken in speedruns of the time of this playthrough's creations. The difficulty will be set to Hard mode. I'm not bold enough to take on the newly added Dread mode. This part covers the opening moments that take place in Artaria.
