We're back with Metroid Fusion and today we are going to be collecting the Speed Booster item, the one that allows you to run really fast and break through blocks. It also gives you the Shine Spark ability, which is an ability that the games never teach you how to use, but are instrumental in 100% item collection.

We also unlock a few security doors along the way and by doing that we open the way for the X parasite to invade other areas! Whoops!
