This is the Zero Mission port of Metroid, so not all the codes work still. If you have the NES cartridge, all of these should work.

The Prower code does NOT work in the Zero Mission port or the Virtual Console Port. Try it out on your NES cartridge and see what happens. Most corruption codes do nothing in the Virtual Console or Zero Mission port of Metroid. I found two that still work on Zero Mission. Doing these codes on the Virtual Console port will cause the screen to flicker blue for a moment then go back to the title screen. And yes. That is how loud the crash sound was when I tried the code on my game.
